Above Ground (AG) Bait Stations These are placed directly on termite activity. The
termites then feed on the bait inside the box. The Above Ground bait stations
have proven very success full in situations such as commercial buildings
where all the floors and walls are concrete and the termites are coming up
through cracks in the concrete and feeding on the furniture and other items
within the building. How AG Stations are Installed 1. A termite
inspection is carried out to assess if any other areas are active and to
determine the best place to position the bait. 2. The station is placed on the active areas. 3. The bait is then prepared & placed directly in
the station where the termite activity is. 4. The technician will then check the AG Station every
two to three weeks depending on the species, extent of the termites feeding
and weather. It is important that the AG
Station is not disturbed or played within between the technician visits as
the termites may abandon the bait. Termites may abandon the bait at any point
within the baiting process. If you would like more
